Entry Level Sales Associate

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting consumers with cutting-edge solutions while contributing to the success of our clients' brands. Through dynamic outreach and tailored sales strategies, our team ensures that these services remain top-of-mind for local audiences.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions in a retail setting
- Communicate product and service benefits clearly to drive interest and close sales
- Develop expertise in client offerings, industry trends, and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with management and peers in regular training sessions to refine your sales approach and deepen your understanding of client goals
- Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding the highest standards of service
Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)
- Background in customer service, sales, marketing, or related fields is encouraged but not required
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to adapt to various sales styles and customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to team success while achieving personal growth
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding skills through ongoing training and mentorship

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
