Position Overview
We are seeking Direct B2B Sales Representatives / Agents who are ready to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-driven environment.
This is a relationship-based, field sales role where you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and operations.
You’ll have the opportunity to not only sell and earn , but also to build and scale your own book of business—and eventually your own team or agency .
What You’ll Do
Business Development & SalesProspect and engage small-to-mid-sized businesses through direct outreach
Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with owners and decision-makers
Present and explain supplemental insurance products with return-of-premium features
Identify client needs and recommend solutions that genuinely protect and add value
Close new business and manage ongoing client relationships
Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and service
Educate employers and employees on how coverage works and why it matters
Maintain consistent follow-up and support for existing accounts
Track personal production and performance metrics
Develop leadership skills with the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and build a team
Scale into a team leader or agency builder role over time

Experience & Background
D2D and/or B2B Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Open to candidates with experience in competitive or performance-based environments (sports, leadership roles, etc.)
We are cautious about candidates with heavy direct sales backgrounds that may bring bad habits that are difficult to unlearn
Stage of Life / Professional Profile
Ideal candidates are in their second or third job —not entry-level fresh out of college
Demonstrates consistency in showing up, working hard, and following through
