Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

• KLA is seeking a talented and motivated individual for an internship position, working within the service group.
• The job function would be to understand data sets, data analytics to enhance decision making within the service aspect of the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Candidate will obtain experience with real data applications as they relate to equipment service management that help to drive decision making.
• Candidate will get exposure to: business data as it relates to the semiconductor capitol equipment industry and strong cross functional teams.
• Assisting in the implementation of AI in business data analytics.

Qualifications/Education Desired

• Pursuing BS, MS degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with large data sets and data acquisition/mining.
• Experience with Power BI preferred or Tableau
• Familiarity with AI integrated data evaluation a plus

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with junior status or above.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient level with Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau
• Understanding of AI implementation in business data analytics
• Must be self-driven, and a strong team player.

Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 based on pursuit of a
