E&I Maintenance Technician
- Abide by all Company policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Know and understand NOV principal Quality Policy.
- Provide guidance, train, develop, and monitor maintenance personnel.
- Establish proficiency in all areas requiring maintenance services:
- Extensive knowledge of electronics (CNC controls)
- Electrical circuits and schematics
- Instrumentation
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Welding equipment
- Mechanical Equipment
- Mobile Equipment and vehicles
- Forklifts
- Hoists, cranes and lifts
- Hand and power tools
- Buildings and Grounds
- Develop cause/effect/prevention troubleshooting/repair techniques.
- Implement the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
- Use resources in a cost efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Other duties as defined by the Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).
- Responsible for and the authority to generate non-compliance reports, corrective action and/or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s).
