About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Rehab RN in Woodway, Texas, 76712!

• Contract Duration: 06/14/2026 – 09/12/2026
• Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM

Responsibilities – RN Rehab (Inpatient Rehab)

• Provide direct patient care to rehab patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or neurological conditions
• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs, pain levels, and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Assist patients with mobility, rehabilitation exercises, and daily activities
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for coordinated care
• Educate patients and families about recovery plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate discharge planning and post-hospital care needs
