University Health in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join our growing team in a

Role Highlights:
Monday-Friday schedule

General urology practice in a

predominantly outpatient setting

(clinic + procedure days)

Procedures performed at University Hospital or affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Practice based at one primary clinic location

Strong internal referral network from 80+ primary care providers across 32+ clinical sites

Opportunity to teach medical students and residents

Call Expectations:
Minimal call requirements anticipated

Light call schedule (approximately 1:4 to 1:6) expected once new community hospitals open in 2027

During call weeks: no clinic responsibilities and adjusted wRVU expectations

Call responsibilities will be limited and primarily support newly expanded community hospital operations
