About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring that our telemedicine services run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee a team of Coordinators and Dispatchers, helping to optimize patient care, improve response times, and maintain the highest standards of quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about team leadership and healthcare operations.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to Coordinators and Dispatchers.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring service level objectives are met.

Monitor performance metrics related to physician response times, throughput efficiency, and service quality.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Manage workflow changes, escalate operational challenges, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Conduct performance reviews and analyze call recordings to provide constructive feedback.

Assist in downtime and disaster response workflows to ensure continuous service.

May be required to participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency situations as needed.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.

Minimum of one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT-related environment.

At least one year of leadership or management experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication/collaboration tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A passion for healthcare and a desire to positively impact patient care.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Remote position - work from the comfort of your home.

Full-time role (approximately 40 hours per week).

Our coordination center operates 24/7, so weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Requires extended periods of sitting, computer work, and frequent use of a headset.
