Located in Denton, TX, we’re on the hunt for a talented fabrication expert to enhance our Peerless Separation & Filtration brand by working on filtration and separation projects. You’ll tackle challenges in a dynamic role where innovation meets fabrication.

What You’ll Do

• Master our comprehensive training in lean manufacturing and excel in engineering documentation.
• Handle the intricate process of burning, fitting, welding, and grinding assemblies.
• Work with precision to align components as per detailed engineering plans.
• Quickly identify and report any issues with materials or engineering inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture devoted to zero accidents.

Your Qualifications

• A high school diploma, equivalent qualification, or hands-on experience.
• Robust math and drawing interpretation skills, critical for accurate assembly.
• Familiarity with welding techniques like GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW is advantageous.

• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.
