Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Business Development / Commercial professional based in the Houston area to support business growth and commercial activities within the industrial lifting and crane sector.

The selected professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and strategic partners, understanding technical requirements, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting the complete sales process for industrial lifting solutions.

This role requires a strong combination of commercial skills and technical understanding, particularly within the industrial crane and lifting equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop commercial strategies to support business growth in the assigned market.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial solutions.
• Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and project award.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, project management, and other internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain an active commercial pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Support customer satisfaction and long-term account development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management, or Technical Sales.
• Experience in companies related to industrial cranes, lifting equipment, overhead cranes, hoists, or material handling solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial environments and customer needs.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and participating in commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Advanced Spanish is highly desirable.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
