HR Analyst III
Location: Houston, TX
Contract: Initial 6 months (likely to extend to 1 year or more)
Pay Rate: $35.00-$37.50/hr (W2 Only + Benefits)
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Investigator, Employee Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a fair, inclusive, and high-trust workplace. You'll manage sensitive employee matters with integrity-conducting impartial investigations and partnering across teams to ensure accountability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigations into alleged policy violations, ethical concerns, and employee relations issues.
- Draft clear, well-structured documentation, including reports and corrective action guidance.
- Collaborate with Legal, E&C, IT, Quality, EHS, local HR, and outside counsel for comprehensive investigations.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records and support trend analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Prior investigation experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and empathy.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
