Job Role:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Manage financial records and accounts for the business.
- Build and document processes for accounting.
- Produce financial reporting packages.
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial goals are met.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the business.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of costs and revenue.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the development of cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets for maintenance operations.
- Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

- Excellence in business communications including written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, highly organized, works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.
- Must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of aviation industry accounting standards and regulations preferred.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of aviation experience in accounting/finance, required.
- Experience in aviation repair station accounting, required.
- QuickBooks experienced required.
- EBIS software experience a major plus.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000
Benefits: Highly subsidized family benefits.
