Senior Operations & Business Development Lead (Remote)

We are a well-established global organisation in the personal and leadership development sector, seeking an experienced senior professional to support our continued growth across international markets.
This is a remote, professional role suited to individuals with strong operational capability and the ability to manage priorities and execution to an executive standard. The focus is on structured business development activity, professional client conversations, and disciplined follow-through — not high-pressure sales.
You will work within established processes and reporting routines, supported by onboarding and an experienced global team, while operating independently and maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Apply senior-level operational thinking to daily business development activity
• Conduct scheduled introductory conversations to assess needs and suitability
• Build professional relationships with clients and partners interested in leadership development programs
• Maintain accurate follow-up, reporting, and pipeline records
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and execution quality
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development
