Commercial Service Administrator supports the commercial operations of a business by managing administrative, customer service, and coordination tasks that ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Commercial Service Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating service activities, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support commercial and sales activities — including preparing and processing sales orders, contracts, and proposals
• Maintain and update customer and supplier databases — ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for service delivery
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams — to resolve inquiries, process service requests, and ensure timely delivery
• Support finance and billing — assisting with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
• Order Processing & Tracking : Initiate, process, and track purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Supplier Coordination : Liaise with vendors to confirm delivery schedules, resolve shipment issues, and address shortages or delays
• Problem-solving and analytical skills — to identify and address service or operational issues
• Act as a point of contact for service-related issues, providing clear communication and updates to clients Indeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — for client interaction, reporting, and internal coordination

Work Environment

This role is typically full-time, with a mix of administrative, customer service, and coordination duties. It requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
