Collections Administrator
Kforce is searching for a talented and experienced Collections Administrator for our client in San Antonio, TX. This engagement offers competitive compensation and benefits during the contract period. Essential Functions:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, performing collection outreach on past due balances while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Support bad debt prevention efforts, including identification of high-risk accounts, escalation tracking, and documentation for legal review
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Credit, Finance, Operations) and legal resources to prepare accounts for escalation, dispute resolution, or legal action
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, account status updates, and correspondence
- 2+ years of B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit/collections support experience
- Experience supporting legal collections, bad debt prevention, or escalated receivables, interaction with 3rd party debt collectors, law firms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data manipulation and reporting
