Neighborhood Sushi is bringing an elevated sushi experience to Dallas — blending Japanese-inspired cuisine, Texas flavors, beautiful design, and warm hospitality in a vibrant new space.
We’re building a pastry program that supports the menu’s balance and finesse, and we’re looking for Pastry Cooks who care about technique, flavor, consistency, and clean execution.
If you love systems, structure, and making desserts that make people smile, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and portion pastry components to spec
- Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready
- Work efficiently with the pastry team and across the kitchen
- Maintain standards for taste, texture, and presentation
