- Generate quality leads and support customer acquisition targets through persuasive communication.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in our internal database system after each interaction.
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets and qualitative goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.
