- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Represent our clients by clearly and accurately communicating information about their products and services.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions to build rapport and trust.
- Generate quality leads and support customer acquisition targets through persuasive communication.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in our internal database system after each interaction.
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets and qualitative goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales-oriented role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- A confident, clear, and professional telephone manner.
- Strong data entry and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A resilient, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
