Data Analyst

This role is critical to strengthening hardware lifecycle governance, improving software license utilization, and enabling cost\-efficient IT resource planning.

Requirements <\/h3>

Role and responsibilities of the Resource request: <\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• Coordinate the inventory, procurement, and deployment of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and licensed software across departments. <\/span>

• Maintain and enhance asset tracking systems to ensure accurate records of both hardware and software assets. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Analyze asset lifecycle data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support budgeting and procurement planning. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and internal asset management policies. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and departmental stakeholders to align asset strategies and ensure policy adherence. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity for both hardware and software inventories. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on asset utilization, license compliance, and lifecycle metrics. <\/span>

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets related to hardware and software usage. <\/span>

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). <\/span>

  • Experience with IT asset management platforms (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, SCCM). <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. <\/span>

  • Familiarity with software license management, compliance tracking, and renewal processes. <\/span>

      • Familiarity with asset management best practices, compliance standards, and procurement processes. <\/span>

        • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred). <\/span>
