Mechanical Engineer, Ram BOPs
- Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineering
- 0 to 5 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Collaborate professionally with team and peers.
- Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems.
- Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions.
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Respecting diversity.
- Communication, able to express relevant information appropriately, clearly, and correctly.
- Learn and operate multiple NOV specific software/programs.
- Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions.
- Applies fundamental engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve designs and processes.
- An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)
- Experience with BOPs (Blowout Preventers) is preferred
