Position Description
The Senior Program Analyst will support NASA JSC Program Office providing Assessment, Cost Estimating, EVM, and Scheduling expertise. This position is located in Houston, TX.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Provide EVM analysis and Integrated Cost and Schedule Assessment support.
. Participate in IBRs for the Prime contractor and for non-Prime suppliers.
. Provide management with analysis of NASA and Prime contractor's performance, variance analysis, impacts, and corrective actions.
. Conduct budget trend analysis on NASA and Prime contractor's cost data for use by decision makers.
. Develop and identify the Program Baseline, Program Baseline Attributes, and reference points.
. Provide analysis of cost and schedule performance of NASA CAM's budget and projects.
. Develop cost and schedule analysis of major projects within the program, including the forecasting and identification of issues and developing recommendations to resolve these issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. 10+ years of applicable experience
. NASA Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) experience
. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
. Experience using Microsoft products, Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.
. Strong Intergration/Analysis skills

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. MS/MA
. Familiar with EIA-748 guidelines

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,400.00 - $195,200.00.
