What You’ll Do:
● Lead and manage a team of varying skill levels, including Apprentices, Standard Technicians, Specialty Technicians, and Master Technicians.
● Set the standard by consistently modeling professionalism and high-quality service in all interactions.
● Oversee scheduling and service assignments to ensure optimal route efficiency and coverage.
● Conduct field audits to assess technician performance, customer interactions, and adherence to safety and
service standards.
● Train and mentor technicians, providing ongoing coaching and development to elevate team performance.
● Address escalated service issues, customer complaints, and cancellations to maintain high customer
satisfaction and retention.
● Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance
operational efficiency.
● Ensure service vehicles, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and operational.
● Collaborate with the Branch Manager on workforce planning, service process improvements, and operational
efficiencies.
● Participate in hiring and recruitment efforts to grow and strengthen the technician team.
What You Bring:
● 3+ years of field service operations experience, 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred.
● Certified Applicator License with Termite and Lawn & Ornamental categories (or willingness to obtain).
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and customers.
● Proficiency in technology and software such as Google Suite and FieldRoutes.
● Ability to handle conflict, stress, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Work Environment:
● This is a field-based management role, requiring both in-office planning and on-site fieldwork with technicians.
● Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and conduct physical inspections as needed.
