Program Manager I
- Understands E-Commerce concepts, practices, and methodologies
- Drives execution of Online Catalog programs
- Optimizes programs through cross-functional team alignment and ensures consistency between in-store and online initiatives
- Tracks and reports program status to stakeholders
- Identifies opportunities and develops plans for program improvement
- Fosters team collaboration and contributes to group effectiveness
- Seeks guidance and support when needed to ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time, be organized, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to navigate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets.
- Strong communication skills.
