Master Electrician Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician Supervisor to lead our electrical team and oversee all electrical projects within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex projects, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on various projects
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Lead, train, and mentor electrical technicians and apprentices to foster professional growth
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine electrical requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, safety reports, and compliance records
*** Will provide additional annual compensation for the use of a Master Electrician license***
