Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Engineer partners with sales, product, and customer success teams to provide technical expertise, solution design, and implementation guidance for clients. This role combines deep product knowledge with customer-focused problem solving to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and drive successful adoption. The Solutions Engineer operates fully remotely, delivering pre-sales demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical consultations.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions

Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients

Provide technical guidance and consultative expertise during the sales cycle

Develop and deliver solution architecture documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans

Work with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements, feature requests, and technical issues

Support onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring seamless solution adoption

Participate in RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposal preparation

Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies

Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles

Strong technical knowledge of software, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology solutions

Proficiency in creating solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client engagements

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or enterprise software solutions

Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and software development concepts

Certifications in relevant technologies (Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, or other enterprise platforms)

Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology sales environments

Ability to deliver highly technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Compensation
-
Annual Salary Range: $95,000 – $135,000 USD , based on experience and technical expertise
