Responsibilities


  • Coordinate Import Processing: Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures.

  • Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.

  • Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.

  • Accounting: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.

  • Data Entry: Input service information into the internal system.

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications


  • Outstanding attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.

  • Proven capability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Fluent in both English and Korean
