Creative Solutions in Healthcare is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hard-working Recruiting Assistant to support our growing recruiting team. In this role, you'll help source, recruit, and onboard candidates to serve in our nursing homes and assisted living communities across Texas. From CNAs and nurses to dietary and housekeeping staff, you'll play a key role in connecting compassionate individuals with purposeful work.

Your Impact as a Recruiting Assistant

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Recruiting Department

Source resumes and screen candidates for a variety of roles

Post and manage jobs across multiple platforms

Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork

Conduct research and support special projects to streamline recruitment

Maintain accurate records and manage recruiting-related documentation

Assist in planning and attending recruiting events (occasional overnight travel may be required)

What Makes You a Great Fit

Previous experience in recruiting or a related HR support role preferred

Proficiency with social media platforms and recruiting tools

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Canva experience is a plus!)

Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Work-In-Texas
