Morgan Pro Services is looking for a hard-working Senior Service Tech to join our team! We are looking for experienced technicians that are ready to take their experience and skills to the next level and help us fulfill our vision of being the single-source supplier for our clients' needs.

Primary Job Function

To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. Provide training, technical guidance, and mentoring for junior service technicians.

Position Details

• Work Hours: 40+ hours per week plus some on-call and weekend work
• Pay: Up to $40.00/hr depending on experience plus Commission, Incentives, and Rewards available
• Office Location: Near Highway 290 and I-610

What We're Looking For

We need a skilled HVAC Service Technician who embodies our core values and can contribute to our family-centered culture.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience
• Insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Familiar with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Verifiable work history

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical background
• HVAC trade school certification
• Light Commercial Unit (LCU) experience
• Knowledge of Programming HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of Zoning
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Experience with ServiceTitan software
• Registration with the Texas Department of Laws and Regulations (TDLR)
