About the Role

We're hiring an AI Operator to build the systems that keep our GTM engine fast, accurate, and scalable. We're looking for someone who sees AI not as a way to go faster, but as a new operating system for high-performance internal infrastructure. You'll sit across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to design better workflows, ship AI-powered automations, and build internal tools that let a lean team operate at a level most companies can't match. You won't wait for Engineering to build it. You'll prototype it, ship it, and hand off what sticks. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thinks in leverage: where can one well-placed agent, automation, or integration unlock 10x more output from the team around you?

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across the GTM stack, from lead routing and qualification to follow-up sequences and pipeline reporting.

• Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards that give operators real-time visibility and control.

• Connect and maintain integrations across our CRM, marketing tools, and data sources to ensure clean, consistent data flows.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and ship fixes fast, without waiting for a ticket queue.

• Collaborate with Engineering to define data standards and ensure what you build can scale.

• Share playbooks, tools, and agents that help the whole GTM team move faster.

You'll Thrive If You

• Have 2-5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth ops, or a similar role, with a track record of building things that actually changed how a team works.

• Have shipped AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in a real work context, not just as a side project.

• Are fluent in tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Cursor and know when to use each.

• Are comfortable with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting. You don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you can stitch systems together without one.

• Think in systems: map how a process works, find where it breaks, and design a fix that doesn't create three new problems.

Not For You If

• You prefer AI research over applied, operational work.

• You ship AI-generated code without understanding what it does.

• You'd rather spec a solution than ship one.

• You're more comfortable managing people than diving deep into tools and systems.
