What You'll Do as Our Production Supervisor

• Lead the daily operations of the production team, assigning work, setting priorities, and keeping production on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, training, and performance management, fostering a positive work environment built on accountability and respect.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve production methods, workflows, equipment utilization, and operating procedures.
• Monitor quality, productivity, labor, and departmental performance metrics, providing regular updates and implementing solutions to keep the team on track.
• Promote a strong safety culture by conducting daily safety talks, enforcing safety standards, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Resolve employee concerns fairly and consistently while partnering with management, Human Resources, and the Safety Team to support employee success and maintain positive employee relations.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and departmental priorities to ensure production goals are met while supporting the successful startup and continued growth of the Palmer facility.

Our Ideal Production Supervisor

• Experienced Leader: 2+ years of manufacturing and supervisory experience, giving you the foundation to confidently lead a production team while driving safety, quality, and performance.
• Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing you to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and support employees across the production floor.
• Production-Focused: You understand manufacturing operations, can balance quality, productivity, and safety, and enjoy solving problems to keep production moving efficiently.
• Technically Capable: High school diploma or GED with in-house tool and equipment certifications. Comfortable working with measurements and basic math, and experience with an ERP system (Epicor preferred) is a plus.
• Hands-On Professional: You're comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Team-Oriented: You lead by example, treat people fairly and consistently, embrace continuous improvement, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative, family-owned company culture.
