Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year A bit about us: We are a civil engineering firm that does site design for several public and private clients. We have 155+ employees across 5 offices and value each individual. We work on a wide variety of projects including: mixed-use commercial developments, urban and suburban multifamily, healthcare, office, high-end resort, and parks and recreation. Why join us?

- Family-oriented, excellent culture, tight-knit group Job Details REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-8+ years of experience in civil engineering, land development, site design; PE or on track to obtain it
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design & project management for land development projects; Coordinate with clients, outside consultants, project team members, government/municipal officials, and permitting
- Prepare a complete set of construction documents for multiple project types in various jurisdictions with assistance from civil engineering staff (Zoning Issues, Stormwater Design, Subdivision and Commercial Site Layouts, Project Permitting, Project Schedules and Budgets, Preliminary Plats, SWPPP, Grading, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Systems)
- Lead and support civil design for land development projects, including stormwater, utility, and site layout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and QA/QC processes
- Mentor junior engineers and designers while continuing to develop your leadership skills
