pstrongJob Summary:/strong/p pThe Senior Controller directs financial aspects of the cash management function, including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations. The Senior Controller is also responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation, and reporting functions. Key Measures of Success include:/p ul liCollects and researches data; Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness./li liDemonstrates attention to detail, Identifying and solving problems in a timely manner./li liReviews and drives improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies./li liSuccessfully direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts./li /ul pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liDirectly supervises 5-7 employees in the Accounting department, including a combination of exempt and non-exempt employees, and also manages the relationship with any contracted support staff./li liCollaborates with executive leadership to create and establish major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the company./li liMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve financial performance through modifications to existing corporate programs./li liPrepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations./li liDirects preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification./li liProvides management with timely reviews of the organizations financial status and progress in its various programs and activities./li liDirects determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets./li liAdvises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions./li liArranges for audits of companys accounts./li liPrepare reports required by regulatory agencies and oversees reports prepared by team./li liLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate audits./li liOversee financial systems, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency./li liMaintains and creates SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) applicable to the Accounting function./li /ul Pay Range: - per_year, General Benefits: pstrongBenefits:/strong/p ul liComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance./li liSafe Harbor Retirement savings plan with company match./li liPaid time off and holidays./li liOngoing training and professional development opportunities./li liOpportunity to work with a leading company in the commercial tire industry./li /ul pJoin us in driving success and making a difference in the commercial tire market!/p
