Sage Connections is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming ’25–’26 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details

• Caseload Type: Resource Inclusion and ESCE
• Age Range: Elementary
• Start & End Date: ASAP - May 2026
• Onsite Positions

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Must have TX Sped License
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
