JOB SUMMARY:
A Warehouse Associate, under the leadership of a designated Supervisor or Manager, will support the processes needed to satisfy new and current customer demands for client products. A Warehouse Associate will 1)
receive and stock parts and accessories and/or 2) pick and ship parts and accessories in the distribution center depending on specific assignment. Machine Handling equipment such as a warehouse Tow Truck must be used to satisfactorily perform the job.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform various warehouse functions (for example, but not limited to unloading, sorting, stocking, palletizing, picking, packing, stage, replenishing, load parts, and cycle counts) throughout the shift using various types of material handling equipment.
• Safely drive various types of material handling equipment (for example, narrow aisle reach truck, forklift, tugger, order picker) for extended periods of time.
• Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner to scan all parts and labels to ensure inventory is accurately tracked.
• Accurately count and label parts.
• Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards.
• Ensure that work is performed in the correct task group.
• Work safely; comply with all safety rules, maintain a clean, neat, safe work area; use equipment and tools safely; and wear required personal protective equipment. Report incidents as soon as possible.
• Timely, consistent, and predictable attendance.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and job instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE
0-2 years related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Willing to cross train in other areas as needed
• Ability to read and comprehend written and oral English instructions, short correspondence, standard operating procedures and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively discuss information in a one-on-one and small group situations to customers, business partners, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
