We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to join us in a role that offers the opportunity to engage with brand architecture, strategic positioning, and consumer insights-all while delivering innovative marketing solutions and measurable outcomes. In this role, you'll apply your understanding of brand strategic positioning (BSP) to evaluate work, manage day-to-day activities, and contribute to the development of compelling consumer experiences. You'll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize marketing efforts, and ensure brand equity is upheld across channels. By leveraging data and insights, you'll help inform decision-making, develop go-to-market strategies, and create assets that resonate with target audiences. Your curiosity and commitment to innovation will allow you to test, learn, and implement creative marketing methods that drive consumer engagement and demand. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of marketing, consulting, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 2 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of marketing, consulting, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.• Required to travel up to 25% of the time in-market in order to perform job duties.
• Skilled in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. How You'll Stand Out • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• IRI Circana experience.
• CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of agile practices.
