Business Systems Analyst Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Document business and functional requirements and assist with the technical details, utilizing a variety of tools including Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and other tools as applicable
- Clarify system, workflow, and process needs with operations to understand the purpose and content of request.
- Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as MS Access or SQL.
- Analyze customer workflow and/or processes flows and assist customers with reengineering their department work. Assist customer with updating strategies.

Education/Experience:
- Min 3yrs experience; required healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), not insurance
- Candidates have a solid background in implementation, strong communication skills are a must.
- Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field at time of submission
