Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales efforts, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and provide support.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and manage customer information accurately.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity when required.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain organized office records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, office software, and call center technology.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
