We are currently seeking a Senior IBM ITXA Lead - Remote US to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities

• Solutions and executes migration of Mainframe applications into software equivalent systems (rehosting).
• Uses knowledge of Mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, Assembler, DB2, IMS, files, etc to find the right solution to migrate off the Mainframe.

Basic Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience with Mainframe migrations
• 5+ years with IBM ITX/ITXA (map design, type trees, rules, deploy)

Additional Skills

• Hands-on migration experience from Mainframe Gentran (z/OS) to ITXA on Linux.
• EDI/B2B integration experience
• Proficient with Linux administration for application runtime (services, filesystem, permissions, shell scripting)
• Familiarity with Mainframe concepts: JCL, batch scheduling, data sets etc.
• Uses knowledge of Mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, Assembler, DB2, IMS, files, etc to find the right solution to migrate off the Mainframe.
• Experience migrating from IBM Gentran to IBM ITXA

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $116,000 – $190,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
