WHAT WE NEED IN A MEN'S GRILL - PENICK ROOM MANAGER

• Proven leadership experience in a top-tier or upscale restaurant, hotel, or private club... In other words, this ain't your first rodeo
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation as well as beer , wine, and spirits, because not just anyone can call themselves a foodie!
• Ability to be articulate, tactful, courteous, and diplomatic with members, guests, and fellow employees
• Ability to stand and walk for several hours as well as balance a loaded tray and carry heavy items up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
