We are pleased to announce that our West Texas Division is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Project Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Review and uphold quality control standards.
- Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and survey data needed before arrival.
- Track daily and weekly production through timecard and quantity reviews.
- Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure progress milestones are met.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and field measurements.
- Coordinate with inspectors and owner representatives.
- Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support team efforts and company goals.
- Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Complete all assigned documentation and tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
- 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction (roadway, bridge, grading, or dirt work) preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.
- Occasional travel to project sites required.
- Shifts may vary (days, nights, weekends).
