The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Loan Administrative Assistant role in the Dallas, TX market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple lenders including customer correspondence.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $50K and excellent benefits package.

Loan Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support for the Loan department.
• Preparing Loan Approval Forms to be submitted to Loan Operations Dept., Loan Committee and or Board of Directors.
• Preparing Loan Package to be submitted to Loan Operations Department for document preparation.
• Operations responsibilities including processing, documentation and servicing of loans.
• Establish and maintain various databases, files, and other records.
• Organize, manage, and track multiple assignments and supplies.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external visitors,
• Develop working relationships with various bank department personnel.
• Assist in compiling documentation requested by internal and external departments.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for loan personnel.
• Greet office visitors, answer phone calls, and offer assistance.
• Copy documents, take minutes, prepare mailings, distribute interoffice mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

• Three or more years’ experience in loan operations, loan documentation or processing.
• Knowledge of Business Entity Types and required documentation, including CIP Documentation.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Loan Documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of Consumer Loan Documentation requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and set priorities.
• Ability to identify, think through, and resolve problems quickly.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to take on other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines.
• Bilingual is a plus.
