HR Generalist-Benefits and Leave Specialist

Are you passionate about helping others and creating a positive workplace experience? Urology San Antonio is hiring a HR Benefits & Leave Specialist to join our supportive, collaborative team!
In this key role, you will:
Manage employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, personal)
Guide employees and managers through the leave process
Support new hires with onboarding and orientation
Oversee benefits enrollment and education
Build strong relationships across the organization
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of HR experience (benefits, leave administration, employee relations)
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree required | SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
A passion for helping people succeed
