Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: My client is a leading global manufacturer who is experience tremendous growth in their Kilgore, TX plant. They are looking to add a Production Manager to their team who is responsible for all manufacturing processes in the plant. This position is responsible for reporting of all KPI’s, production & labor reporting as well as assigned projects. Why join us? Compensation Up To $140,000 + Bonus

- Develop and implement processes that maximize safety, quality, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure all operations meet customer service standards
- Oversee training and professional development of staff
- Foster and maintain a positive employee relations climate
- Take a hands-on approach, assisting with product builds as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when they arise
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent, a minimum of two to four years’ manufacturing production leadership experience preferred.
- Strong team leadership, interpersonal, people management and communication skills.
- Comprehensive experience in production planning and workflow optimization.
- Strong command of production systems including ERP, MRP, and MES.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain dynamics.
- Familiarity with automation technologies.
- Proficient in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Solid background in budgeting and scheduling.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and driving process improvement initiatives.
