The annual base salary for this position ranges from $81,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $161,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Jordan Brand is searching for an Account Executive managing Jordan Golf within the marketplace. We see this role as an individual who will be the connection point between specialty retailers and Jordan. This role will serve as Jordan Brand’s key business liaison working with one of our account partners on the ground. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Jordan Brand, has a strong background in sales and account management, and excels in building and nurturing relationships with our key retailers. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional multitasking abilities, a high degree of organizational skills, the ability to analyze wholesale and retail business results, and a passion for developing and delivering engaging presentations. This role authenticates our brand with select partners in the marketplace, and we see this role encouraging consumer connectivity to Jordan Golf
We feel the candidate needs to plan, assort, and deliver seasonal assortments with their partner accounts. Digital and in-person presentations are a key component of this process as is understanding the consumer needs with each marketplace partner. We are looking for a candidate with strong retail acumen and an ability to manipulate sales data into weekly, monthly and seasonal recaps and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You’ll serve as the lead point of contact for the Jordan Brand within your specified account base. You will manage account-facing meetings, lead day to day showroom operations and logistics in addition to order entry reconciliation, driving sales growth through assigned seasonal targets and managing at-once sales opportunities.
A typical day/week looks like:
- Accountability – Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets
- Relationship – Serve as Jordan’s primary point of contact within designated marketplace
- Integration – Serve as a liaison and advocate for our account partners to our internal teams
- Pre-season – Create assortment and sell-in strategy, develop financial forecast for total portfolio, execute partner engagement meetings
- In-season – Pursue in-season at-once orders, track sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance
- Operational – Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, develop solutions for late or canceled orders
- Marketing – Help facilitate any additional brand marketing events with specific product launches
- Product – Sample management, showroom set up and takedown seasonally.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
If this is you, you’ll be working with an internal cross-functional team across Marketplace, Merchandising, Planning and Brand Marketing in addition to your account buyers, planners and leadership teams. You will report into the Marketplace Director for your assigned account base.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales and/or Merchandising
- Golf experience preferred
- Planning and/or sales analytics is a plus
- Bachelor’s or 4-year degree, 8 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials
- Any country-specific items required by local laws (check with your local legal partners)
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
