Service Technician
Description of the role: The service technician at Denton Electric Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective electrical services to our customers. As a service technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. This includes troubleshooting electrical issues, installing new components, and conducting regular inspections. Responsibilities:
- Performing electrical repairs and maintenance services
- Identifying and resolving electrical system malfunctions
- Installing and upgrading electrical components and systems
- Testing electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a service technician or electrician
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid electrician's license or certification
