Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Verify guest identification and comply with all liquor laws and regulations
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred (1 2 years minimum)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
