Job Description

• Post invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Obtain and follow up with Payment Approval from Market Leaders.
• Adhere to Delegation of Authority.
• Generate Check and EFT payments.
• Submit Wire Requests to Treasury.
• Post Manual Checks related to Wire, Online, and Automatic payments.
• Communicate effectively with Treasury and Accountants.
• Handle payment related inquiries.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years Accounts Payable Experience required
• 3+ years Disbursements Experience preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills required
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge required
• High attention to detail
• High accuracy rate
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on a close-knit team
• Ability to follow set procedures consistently
• Excellent Communication
• Excellent Organization Skills
