Exterior Design Administrative Assistant

About The Role

The Exterior Design Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Exterior Design Coordinators, Exterior Design Manager, VP of Selections and VP of Product Development.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Exterior Design Coordinators, Exterior Design Manager, VP of Selections and VP of Product Development with product accounts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between various HQ departments, Construction, and Sales.
• Input and update information in database and spreadsheets:
• Accurately process Enhancement Change Orders (ECO’s) for construction requests such as:
• Produce and analyze product data to identify trends in the market.
• Develop working knowledge of all company product lines, specifications, stages of construction, and home elevation sketches.
• Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations.
• Oversee the maintenance of exterior selections samples (brick, stone, etc.).
• Maintain internal Selections Hub and the digital images within.
• Manage shared inbox daily, and direct inquires to appropriate personnel/EDC.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.
• Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
