Front End Loader Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Front End Loader Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to be an integral part of an effective team. This position involves operating a front end loader in high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes, maintaining loader operations through regular inspections, and supplying up to 3,000 tons of material per week.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Wednesday 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM to finish (8-10 hour shifts) Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a Front End Loader and other equipment used in handling clay material.
• Navigate high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes safely and efficiently.
• Perform general utility work as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Supply up to 3,000 tons of material per week.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE (personal protection equipment) provided by the company.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a front end loader.
• Experience working in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 2 miles.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling tasks.
• Strong integrity and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
