General Office Permit Clerk
We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrator Clerk who is ready for immediate hire position. Must be Bilingual in Spanish
Experience:
- Professional Office Work, 1 year (Required)
- Keyboarding and 10 key, 1 year (Required)
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, Word
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Assist in all general clerical duties including but not limited to:
- Internal project intake & tracking through spreadsheets
- Filing
- Scanning, photocopying, and record documentation
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks, Word
- Daily & Weekly reporting, status updates
- Project permits submission
- Prepare Paperwork for Permit submittals
- Organization of project files and data
- Coordinates work within project(s) scope and specifications & freight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
