The Opportunity
As part of the Identity and Access Management team you work on business processes enabled by identity and access management solutions, including requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Work on business processes enabled by identity and access management solutions
  • Engage in requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration
  • Contribute to client engagement and project tasks
  • Enhance skills and knowledge for quality work delivery
  • Establish meaningful client relationships
  • Guide and motivate team members
  • Expand technical knowledge in firm services and technology
  • Assist senior staff with various responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Accredited Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Accredited Java Developer, certification with IAM products including SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, CA
  • Knowledge in Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer applications, Computer Engineering preferred
  • Experience with identity and access management solutions
  • Proficiency in LDAP and Identity and Access technology concepts
  • Understanding of software development and foundational computer science skills
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, OOP concepts, Computer Networking
  • Experience with operating systems fundamentals (Windows, Unix, Linux)
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Building relationships with clients and team members

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
