We're seeking an exceptional Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our AWS Database & Analytics team's talent strategy. You'll be the catalyst who connects innovative technical professionals with leading-edge cloud solutions, building diverse teams that drive technological advancement.


You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our rapidly growing database and analytics services.


Key job responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive recruiting strategies for senior and principal-level technical roles in database and cloud services
• Design and execute targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
• Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand complex technical requirements
• Craft an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our commitment to professional growth and innovation
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine recruiting processes and strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• Strong understanding of technical role requirements in cloud and data technologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
